REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
EMPOWERMENT FUNDS 2009
Siouxland Human Investment Partnership (SHIP) is now accepting applications for grant funding of programs. Funding for programs is received from Early Childhood-TANF and School Ready programs. To be considered for funding, all programs applying must benefit children 0-5, and follow one or more of the Early Childhood Core Group’s Community Priorities. Applications must be submitted to SHIP for the fiscal year 2009 (July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009) by 4:00 PM on April 15, 2008.
All preschool and child care programs must be licensed and involved in an approved quality program (QPPS, QRS, NAEYC accreditation) to receive funding. All scholarship recipients must adhere to income guidelines. Please contact us for more information.
