Educates the community about research-based programs and services. Establishes and evaluates measurable community outcomes using risk and protective factor data. Assesses and analyzes community gaps in services. Recommends strategies to address identified gaps.   Mission The Comprehensive Strategy Planning Team facilitates the creation of resource tools for positive youth development in Woodbury County.   For whom do we do it?
